Once we confirm the job, we’ll email you a prepaid Canada Post label for sending the module to us. We cover the first $20 of the inbound shipping cost. If the label costs more, the balance is simply added to your repair invoice. Most ECU-sized shipments are under $30.
There is nothing to pay at the post office. Please use a reasonably sized box with enough padding to protect the module—oversized packaging can increase the shipping cost.
Send the VIN, module number, symptoms and diagnostic codes.
After we confirm the service, we email your Canada Post shipping label.
Protect the module in a reasonably sized box, attach the label and drop it at Canada Post.
We bench test the module and contact you with the available options.
The module is repaired or cloned, tested and shipped back.
Send us the VIN, part number, symptoms and a clear photo of the label.
